1. What these terms apply to
These terms apply when you browse a PopUsIn public website or use a PopUsIn account, workspace, product or related service. By continuing to use the relevant service, you agree to follow these terms.
If you buy a plan or service, the final order, quote, checkout information, service description and any signed agreement form part of the arrangement. If a specific document clearly conflicts with these general terms, the more specific document applies to that subject.
2. Public information is not individual advice
We aim to keep product, service and pricing information clear and current, but public pages are general information rather than a personalised recommendation, legal opinion, certification or guarantee of a particular business outcome.
Readiness services help organise work and evidence. They do not replace independent legal, financial, clinical or certification advice where that is needed. Final scope, availability and price are the details confirmed in your order or quote.
3. Accounts, roles and security
Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and use only the workspace, tenant and permissions assigned to you. Do not share an individual account in a way that defeats access controls or audit records.
Business owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing their users, roles, permissions and connected services. Tell us promptly if an account may be compromised or a user should no longer have access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use PopUsIn to break the law, infringe another person's rights, mislead people, send unlawful communications, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, access another tenant's data, interfere with the service, or place unreasonable load on shared infrastructure.
Do not upload content unless you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use it. Extra rules may apply to regulated, sensitive or special-category information. A product being technically capable of storing information does not by itself make every proposed use appropriate.
5. Your content and business data
You keep ownership of content and business data you provide. You give PopUsIn the limited permission needed to host, process, copy, transform, display and transmit it to operate the service, follow your instructions and meet the agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, retention choices and backups required for your own content. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy notice and, where relevant, separate data-processing terms.
6. Marketplace and independent businesses
Marketplace listings help people discover businesses. Unless a specific transaction says otherwise, the listed business is independent and is responsible for its description, availability, prices, professional obligations, customer service and the service it supplies.
A booking or purchase may also be subject to that business's booking, cancellation, refund, consent or service terms shown before confirmation. PopUsIn does not invent a business's cancellation fee or consent requirement where none has been published.
7. Plans, orders and payments
Prices, billing frequency, included products, usage allowances, taxes, minimum terms and cancellation arrangements are those shown in the final order or checkout. Do not rely on an old screenshot or expired quote.
Payments may be handled by a specialist payment provider and may be subject to its terms. A failed or reversed payment can delay or suspend the paid service, subject to the applicable agreement and any rights the law gives you.
8. Third-party services and integrations
Some features depend on services such as hosting, domains, Microsoft 365, communications, payments or an integration you choose. Their availability and terms are not fully controlled by PopUsIn. You are responsible for keeping any required third-party account, licence or authority in place.
We may change or stop an integration if it becomes unavailable, insecure, unlawful or no longer reasonably supportable. We will use a proportionate notice or migration approach where circumstances allow.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep PopUsIn reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, faults, provider incidents, security work or events outside reasonable control may affect access.
Products and interfaces will evolve. We may change features to improve the service, address risk, meet legal requirements or retire functionality. Any service level or special change commitment applies only where it is written into the relevant agreement.
10. PopUsIn materials
PopUsIn and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs, branding, documentation and other materials we provide. Your right to use them is limited, non-transferable and connected to the relevant service. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create misleading derivative services except where law expressly allows it.
11. Suspending or ending use
You can stop using public pages at any time. Account cancellation, data export, service end dates and charges follow the relevant plan or order. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to legal requirements or address non-payment or a material breach.
We will consider the circumstances and any contractual notice process. Some records and provisions continue where needed for legal, payment, security, confidentiality or dispute purposes.
12. Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where the law does not allow that. Any agreed service warranty, liability limit or remedy appears in the applicable order or signed agreement. Your statutory rights, including consumer rights where they apply, are not removed by these terms.
If something goes wrong, contact hello@popusin.co.uk promptly with the account, service and relevant facts so we can investigate. The applicable agreement identifies any governing-law or formal dispute provisions.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, risk or legal changes. The date at the top identifies the published version. If a change materially affects an active contracted service, the notice and effective date will follow the applicable agreement and law.
