When does the course start?
Straight away. Your place is created the moment your payment clears and the first lesson is waiting for you.
How long do I have access?
For as long as The Hart Haus runs the course. There is no expiry date on your place and no monthly fee.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — once you have finished every lesson, your certificate is issued in your name and you can download it whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
Because the course opens immediately, the 14 day cancellation right ends the moment you start it — that is what the confirmation at checkout is for. If something has gone wrong, contact The Hart Haus and they will put it right.
Who is taking my payment?
The Hart Haus. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch this page.
